摘 要:电站运行过程中,锅炉较为容易出现冷水壁管泄露等一系列问题,不仅会降低电站运行的安全性,还会缩短锅炉的使用寿命。因此,电站要详细了解锅炉的实际运行情况,找到水冷壁管出现泄露问题的原因,并做好针对性的处理工作,以提升水冷壁管运行的稳定性。本文就电站锅炉水冷壁管泄露原因分析及处理会进行研究,满足人们对电站运行的安全性的要求。During the operation of the power station,the boiler is more prone to a series of problems such as leakage of cold water wall pipe,which will not only reduce the safety of the power station operation,but also shorten the service life of the boiler.Therefore,the power station should have a detailed understanding of the actual operation of the boiler,find out the causes of leakage problems in the water-wall pipe,and do a good job of targeted treatment to improve the stability of the waterwall pipe operation.In this paper,the cause analysis and treatment of water wall tube leakage of power station boiler are studied to meet people’s requirements for the safety of power station operation.
