摘　　要：目的:为缩短患者平均住院日,缓解患者住院难,医院结合临床路径的实施创新设计了可以灵活反馈调整的预住院模式。方法:通过对医院信息系统的改造和流程的优化,将患者住院期间的检验检查项目提前至院前完成,与项目可配置的临床路径相结合,按照临床路径中配置的术前检验检查项目来维护预住院的检验检查项目。结果:实现了预住院各环节的业务和数据畅通,同时还可以根据预住院的术前检验检查项目执行情况反馈,灵活调整临床路径的设计。结论:使用预住院模式更贴近医生的使用需求,在医院的推广更加顺利。Objective:In order to shorten the hospital average length of stay,and relief the difficulty of hospitalization,the hospital has designed a new model of pre-hospitalization combined with the implementation of clinical pathway which can be adjusted flexibly.Methods:Through the transformation of hospital information system and the optimization of process,the test items and examination items during hospitalization will be finished before admission,and it can also combined with clinical pathway to configure the pre-hospitalization test items and examination items according to the preoperative items in the clinical pathway.Results:Realizes the smooth flow of service and data of prehospitalization,meanwhile,the design of the clinical pathway can be adjusted flexibly according to the feedback of the implementation of pre-hospitalization preoperative test items and examination items.Conclusion:Pre-hospitalization mode is more close to the needs of doctors,and the promotion in hospital is more smooth.
