维持性血液透析患者低磷饮食依从性与健康信念、疾病感知的相关性

摘　　要：目的探究维持性血液透析患者低磷饮食依从性与健康信念、疾病感知的相关性,总结相应护理对策。方法选取医院2017年5月—2018年5月维持性血液透析患者120例,整理收集患者基线资料,使用维持性血液透析患者饮食依从性问卷、低磷饮食健康信念问卷、简易疾病感知问卷(BIPQ)进行调查,将调查数据进行Pearson相关性分析,明确维持性血液透析患者低磷饮食依从性与健康信念、疾病感知的关系;经多元线性回归分析筛选低磷饮食依从性的影响因素,确定相应护理对策。结果经Pearson相关性检验显示,维持性血液透析患者低磷饮食依从性与健康信念呈正相关性(r=0.979, P=0.000),与疾病感知呈负相关性(r=-0.976, P=0.000);多元线性回归分析显示,低磷饮食依从性的影响因素有血磷水平、社会支持低水平、自我管理能力、院内系统化健康教育、健康信念、疾病感知(P<0.05)。结论维持性血液透析患者低磷饮食依从性表现各异,低磷饮食依从性与健康信念呈正相关性,与疾病感知呈负相关性;受多因素影响,应加强相应健康教育,强化信息支持。Objective To explore the correlation between low-phosphorus diet compliance,and health beliefs and disease perception in patients with maintenance hemodialysis,and summarize the corresponding nursing strategies.Methods A total of 120 maintenance hemodialysis patients in hospitals from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected,and the baseline data of the patients were sorted and collected.The maintenance hemodialysis patient’s diet compliance questionnaire,low-phosphorus diet health belief questionnaire,and brief illness perception questionnaire(BIPQ)were used to conduct surveys.The data was analyzed by Pearson correlation to clarify the relationship between low-phosphorus diet compliance,and health beliefs and disease perception in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to screen the influencing factors of low-phosphorus diet compliance and determine the corresponding nursing strategies.Results Pearson correlation analysis showed that the low-phosphorus diet compliance of patients with maintenance hemodialysis was positively correlated with health beliefs(r=0.979,P=0.000),and negatively correlated with disease perception(r=-0.976,P=0.000).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of low-phosphorus diet compliance included blood phosphorus levels,low levels of social support,self-management ability,systematic health education in hospitals,health beliefs and disease perception(P<0.05).Conclusion The performance of low-phosphorus diet compliance in patients with maintenance hemodialysis was different.Low-phosphorus diet compliance was positively correlated with health beliefs and negatively correlated with disease perception.Due to multiple factors,corresponding health education and information support should be strengthened.
