摘　　要：目的调查男性尖锐湿疣(CA)反复发作的危险因素,并探讨防护对策。方法选取医院2018年7月—2019年8月收治的240例男性CA患者为研究对象,将反复发作的127例患者纳为病例组,未反复发作的113例患者纳为对照组。收集相关信息,进行多因素Logistic逐步回归分析,确定影响CA疾病反复发作的相关因素。结果单因素及多因素Logistic回归分析显示,常熬夜、性伴侣≥2个、皮损数量多发、T细胞亚群异常是男性CA反复发作的危险因素(P<0.05),咪喹莫特乳膏辅助可降低男性CA反复发作的危险性(P<0.05)。结论为减少当前我国男性CA反复发作,应加强疾病与性生活健康教育,建议男性CA患者少熬夜、减少性生活频次,辅以咪喹莫特乳膏保护,使用综合疗护办法提升自身重视度,以最大限度减少反复发作。Objective To investigate the risk factors of male recurrent condyloma acuminatum(CA)and explore protective countermeasures was set as the subjects.Methods A total of 240 male CA patients admitted to the hospital from July 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the study subjects,127 patients with recurrent episodes were included as a case group,and 113 patients with no recurrent episodes were included as a control group.We collected the relevant information,performed multivariate Logistic stepwise regression analysis and processing,and determined the relevant factors that affected the recurrence of CA disease.Results Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the frequent staying up late,having sex partners≥2,multiple skin lesions,and abnormal T cell subsets were the risk factors for recurrent CA in males(P<0.05).Imiquimod cream can reduce the risk of recurrent CA in males(P<0.05).Conclusion In order to reduce the current recurring episodes of male CA in my country,health education on diseases and sexual life should be strengthened.It was recommended that male with CA patients should stay up late,reducing the frequency of sexual life,supplementing with imiquimod cream for protection,and using comprehensive treatment methods to increase their attention,which can minimize recurrent episodes.
