摘　　要：目的:了解HIV感染者/AIDS患者(PLWHA)的心理健康水平及其与社会支持的相关性,为提高其心理健康水平及制定关怀服务提供依据。方法:对某抗逆转录病毒治疗定点医院2019年3—12月就诊的PLWHA进行问卷调查,采用SCL-90及SSRS量表进行评分,分析其心理健康水平和社会支持状况的相关性。结果:病案资料完整者82例,其中24例(29.27%)SCL-90筛查阳性,总分及多项因子均分均高于全国常模(P<0.05或P<0.01);社会支持的总分及客观支持、对支持的利用度均小于中国常模(P<0.05)。社会支持总分及主观支持与SCL-90的总分及多项因子均分呈负相关(P<0.05);客观支持仅与其他(睡眠饮食)呈负相关(P<0.05);对社会支持的利用度与心理健康状况不存在相关性(P>0.05)。结论:PLWHA患者存在一定的心理健康问题且社会支持水平相对较低,需要加强对该人群的社会支持,尤其是主观支持。Objective:To investigate the mental health status of people living with HIV/AIDS(PLWHA)and its correlation with social support,so as to provide a reference for improving PLWHA’s mental health level and making care services.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among PLWHA patients in a designated antiretroviral treatment hospital from March to December in 2019.The investigation results were scored by SCL-90 and SSRS,and the correlation between the mental health and social support was analyzed in these patients.Results:Among 82 PLWHA patients with complete medical records,24(29.27%)were positive for SCL-90 screening,the total score and multiple related factors were higher than the national norm(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Social support total score,objective support score and the utilization of social support score were lower than Chinese norm(P<0.05).The total score of social support and subjective support were negatively correlated with the total score of SCL-90 and the mean score of multiple related factors(P<0.05);objective support was negatively correlated with sleep and diet(P<0.05);there was no correlation between the utilization of supports and the status of mental health(P>0.05).Conclusion:PLWHA patients have some mental health problems,and their social support level is relatively low,so we need to strengthen social support,especially subjective support for these people.
