摘　　要：目的:了解妊娠期糖尿病产妇(GDM)的母乳喂养自我效能现状及影响因素。方法:选取2020年5—8月在我院分娩的GDM产妇161例,采用一般调查表、母乳喂养自我效能简式量表、母乳喂养知识问卷、领悟社会支持量表进行调查,并分析其影响因素。结果:GDM产妇母乳喂养自我效能平均得分(48.51±8.83)分;母乳喂养自我效能与母乳喂养知识、领悟社会支持水平均呈正相关(r=0.21、0.52,P<0.01);分娩方式、产后自觉乳房充盈时间、配偶的母乳喂养态度、新生儿体质量新生儿血糖是GDM产妇母乳喂养自我效能的影响因素(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:我院GDM产妇母乳喂养自我效能感处于中等水平,医务人员可根据相关影响因素实施针对性护理,从而提升GDM产妇母乳喂养自我效能。Objective:To investigate the breastfeeding self-efficacy of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)and its influencing factors.Methods:A total of 161 pregnant women with GDM who delivered in our hospital from May to August in 2020 were investigated by using general questionnaire,short form scale on breastfeeding self-efficacy,breastfeeding knowledge questionnaire and perceived social support scale.The influencing factors of breastfeeding self-efficacy were analyzed.Results:The average score of breastfeeding self-efficacy was(48.51±8.83)points;breastfeeding self-efficacy was positively correlated with breastfeeding knowledge and perceived social support(r=0.21,0.52,P<0.01);the influencing factors of breastfeeding self-efficacy were delivery mode,the time of conscious breast filling after delivery,spouse’s breastfeeding attitude,neonatal body mass classification and neonatal blood glucose(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Breastfeeding self-efficacy of pregnant women with GDM in our hospital is at a medium level,and the medical staff can implement targeted nursing according to the relevant influencing factors,so as to improve the breastfeeding self-efficacy.
