摘 要:大型外浮顶储罐是石化领域原油储存的主要方式,但针对外浮顶浮盘落底、原油完全排出后油气空间的风险鲜有研究。在分析国内外相关标准的基础上,采用RNG k-ω模型、ANSYS仿真技术和爆炸下限计算方法对油气空间进行风险分析。研究结果表明:外浮顶储罐完全出油后浮盘下方油气空间的最大压强达到9.75 kPa,0.5 h内混合油气的爆炸极限达到了19.04%,远远高于爆炸下限,存在爆炸风险。计算结果对大型外浮顶储罐的安全运行有重要的指导意义。Large outer floating roof storage tanks are the main method of crude oil storage in the petrochemical field,but there is little research on the risk of oil and gas space after the outer floating roof floating plate falls and crude oil is completely discharged.Based on the analysis of relevant standards at home and abroad,the RNG k-ω model,ANSYS simulation technology and lower explosion limit calculation method are used to carry out risk analysis in the oil and gas space.The research results show that the maximum pressure of the oil and gas space below the floating disk may be up to 9.75 kPa after the outer floating roof storage tank is completely discharged,and the explosion limit of the mixed oil and gas can be reached to 19.04%within half an hour.It is so far higher than the lower explosion limit that it will become an explosion risk.The calculation results have important guiding significance for the safe operation of large external floating roof storage tanks.
