摘  要:邻二氮菲分光光度法测定铁含量实验在仪器分析实验中占据非常重要的地位,但在该实验中仍存在使用的大型仪器单一,数据处理方法和部分量器陈旧、落伍等问题。为了解决学生对使用仪器种类增加的需求与实验学时减少的突出矛盾,将该实验进行了内容扩充及方法改进。增设采用原子吸收光谱法含量测定和样品前处理的实验环节,同时适当降低实验操作的繁琐度,使用现代计量器具,提高实验效率,突出仪器分析实验的教学目标。此外,运用Origin软件辅助分析实验数据。改进后的实验增加和更新了对学生的操作和技能训练,帮助学生了解样品分析的完整过程,极大地拓展了邻二氮菲测定铁含量实验的实用性。The experiment of determination of iron content by phenanthroline spectrophotometry plays an important role in the instrumental analysis experiment.However,only one sophisticated equipment is used in the experiment and the method of data analysis and some gauges are outdated.The content of the experiment was expanded and the methodology was improved in order to solve the contradiction between the increase of students’demands for using more instruments and the decrease of experimental hours.Atomic absorption spectroscopy and sample pretreatment were added.Modern measuring instruments were also introduced to avoid fussy works,thus efficiency in experiments was enhanced greatly.In addition,the original software was used to analyze the experimental data.The improved experiment not only provided more and new trainings for the students,but also helped them for sharing the experience of a full procedure for quantitative analysis.Therefore,the practicability of the experiment of“determination of iron content by phenanthroline”was greatly expanded.
