摘　　要：实验队伍是高校人才队伍的重要组成部分,在人才培养、科学研究、社会服务中发挥重大作用。职称评定是队伍发展的方向标,科学、合理、导向性强的指标体系对高水平实验队伍建设、实验室相关工作的开展具有重要意义。结合北京理工大学工作实际,从相关政策、制度层级、评定模式、评定标准设置入手构建实验队伍职称评定指标体系。探索打通实验队伍上升空间,分类设置,实验人员在实验技术、实验教学的两条发展路径。从实验室实际工作出发,优化了评定指标设计,完成构建针对实验技术人员的个性化、多样性的职称评定指标标准。引导实验队伍聚焦实验室工作,为其他高校实验队伍职称评定工作提供借鉴。The experimental team is an important part of university talent team,and plays an important role in talent training,scientific research and social service.Professional title evaluation is the direction of talent team development.A scientific,reasonable and highly oriented index system is of great significance to the construction of high-level experimental team and the development of related work in the laboratory.This paper analyzes the common problems in the professional title evaluation of experimental team in universities,and combines the experience of Beijing Institute of Technology to construct the professional title evaluation index system of experimental team from the relevant policies,system levels,evaluation models and evaluation standards.The paper explores the space for the rise of the experimental team,sets up the classification,and realizes the two development paths of the experimental team’s experimental technology and experimental teaching.From laboratory actual work,we design the evaluation index,and complete the construction of personalized and diverse professional title evaluation index standards for experimental technicians.It guides the experimental team to focus on the laboratory work,improve the experiment technical staff’s work enthusiasm and sense of direction,it also can provide reference for other universities to evaluate the professional title index system.
