摘　　要：PROFIBUS-DP网络通信故障虽然可利用西门子S7-300/400 PLC的中断组织块OB86进行诊断,然后在人机界面上显示故障站点,但没有带日期和时间的报警消息显示。结合S7-PDIAG软件进行DP网络通信故障诊断,就能克服这种弊端,实现故障的快速、自动诊断。Although the PROFIBUS-DP network communication failure can be diagnosed by the interrupt organization block OB86 of Siemens S7-300/400 PLC,the fault site displayed on the man-machine interface does not display the alarm message with the date and time.Combining with S7-PDIAG software for DP network communication fault diagnosis,this drawback can be overcome and fast and automatic fault diagnosis can be realized.
