摘 要:福清核电厂采用热扩散原理的乏池液位计测量乏燃料水池液位,该乏池液位计通过参考电阻,消除环境温度引入的干扰,但是由于仪表探测器内汽-液两相转变而引入的液化热量,打破温度补偿机制,从而引入测量误差,导致仪表读数出现波动。通过建立热扩散测量模型,深入研究乏池液位计测量机理和波动原因。Fuqing Nuclear Power Plant uses a spent fuel pool level gauge based on the thermal diffusion principle to measure the level of the spent fuel pool.The spent fuel pool level gauge uses a reference resistor to eliminate the interference caused by ambient temperature.However,the liquefied heat introduced by the vapor-liquid two-phase transformation in the detector breaks the temperature compensation mechanism,which leads to the measurement error and the fluctuation of the meter reading.Through the establishment of thermal diffusion measurement model,the measurement mechanism and fluctuation reason of spent fuel pool level gauge are deeply studied.
