误操作引起智能变电站继电保护误动分析

摘　　要：针对一起人为误操作引起的智能变电站继电保护误动事件,分析事件发生过程、故障原因及二次安全措施,提出设备检修时GOOSE、SV压板的投退顺序,重点研究了防误操作策略,提出了防误操作处理步骤,并基于防误操作策略对典型事故进行分析,证明防误操作策略的可行性。In view of a misoperation event of a smart substation relay protection caused by human misoperation,the event process,fault causes and secondary safety measures are analyzed.The order of goose and SV platen in and out during equipment maintenance are proposed.This paper focuses on the anti misoperation strategy and the anti misoperation processing steps are proposed.Based on the analysis of typical accidents,the feasibility of anti misoperation strategy is proved.
