摘　　要：浙西分中心西校区仅有一套单导线出线实训装置,一经安装很难改变导线的张力、弧垂,无法根据学员的技术水平进行出线难度调整;出线时只有一个主保护绳,零基础的学员很容易在培训中发生侧翻跌落事故,培训安全性不高。针对这些问题,研制了一套高灵活可靠的单导线出线实训装置,该装置可以通过卡具、丝杠灵活地调节导线的安装高度、松紧程度,使培训难度与学员水平相适应。新的出线装置还在实训导线上方增设了一条防护导线,通过动滑轮引入速差保护器,增加了一个副保护,大大提高了零基础学员的实训安全性。There was only one set of single wire outgoing line training device in West Campus of Training Center.Once installed,it is difficult to change the tension and sag of the wire,and it is impossible to adjust the difficulty of exiting according to the technical level of the students.There is only one main protection rope when exiting the line,and trainees with zero foundation are prone to rollover and fall accidents during training,and the training safety is not high.In order to solve these problems,a set of high flexible and reliable single wire outgoing line training device is designed.It can adjust the setting height and tension of training lines by fixtures and lead screws,which improves the adaptability of training.In addition,the new outlet device also adds a protective wire above the training wire.The speed difference protector is introduced through the movable pulley,and a secondary protection is added,which greatly improves the training safety of zero-based students.
