摘　　要：以某变电站500kV线路和主变压器启动为例,阐述如何完成全电压冲击、核相、合环、带负荷测试等启动项目,针对最关键的核相和带负荷测试环节,提出正确、标准、合理测试方案及注意事项,以期为类似工程实施和投产验收提供有益借鉴。Taking the start-up of 500 kV line and main transformer in a substation as an example,this paper expounds how to complete the start-up projects such as full voltage impulse,phase check,ring closing and on load test.Aiming at the most critical phases of nuclear phase and load testing,correct,standard,and reasonable test plans and precautions are proposed to provide useful reference for the implementation and commissioning of similar projects.
