摘 要:本研究以3年生油茶幼林为研究对象,采用高通量测序技术对有机肥、氮磷钾不同比例的有机无机复合肥以及不施肥处理下的油茶根际土壤细菌多样性及群落结构进行分析。研究结果表明:5个处理中Y_(1)处理的OTU和特有微生物数量为最高;各个处理优势细菌有所不同,CK、Y_(1)、Y_(2)的优势菌种为绿弯菌门,而Y_(3)、Y_(4)的优势菌种为放线菌门;群落物种丰富度指数(Chao1指数和ACE指数)表明,施肥能提高土壤细菌的丰富度,其中Y_(1)处理的Chao1指数、Y_(4)的ace指数分别比对照提高了19.2%、20.3%;AN、AK、TK是油茶幼林根际土壤优势细菌的主要影响因子,Y_(1)处理下土壤细菌的丰度为所有处理中最高。研究结果揭示了氮磷钾不同比例对油茶幼林根际土壤细菌的群落结构的和影响,为油茶幼林施肥提供了理论依据。In this study,high-throughput sequencing technology was used to analyze the bacterial diversity and community structure of the rhizosphere soil of Camellia oleifera under the treatment of organic fertilizer,organic-inorganic compound fertilizer with different proportion of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium,and no fertilization.The results showed that:among the five treatments,the number of OTU and specific microorganisms in Y_(1) treatment was the highest;the number of dominant bacteria in each treatment was different;the dominant bacteria in CK,Y_(1) and Y_(2) were Clavularia,while the dominant bacteria in Y_(3) and Y_(4) were actinomycetes;the community species richness index(Chao1 index and Ace index)showed that fertilization could improve the richness of soil bacteria,among which the Chao1 index of Y_(1) treatment and the ace index of Y_(4) were increased by 19.2%and 20.3%respectively compared with the control;AN,AK and TK were the main factors affecting the dominant bacteria in the rhizosphere soil of young C.oleifera plantation.The abundance of soil bacteria under Y_(1) treatment was the highest among all treatments.The results showed that the community structure of bacteria in the rhizosphere soil of young C.oleifera plantation was affected by different proportion of N,P and K,which provided a theoretical basis for fertilization.
