不同时机纤维支气管镜介入治疗MPP合并气道内黏液栓阻塞患儿的效果对比

摘　　要：目的:研究不同时机纤维支气管镜(纤支镜)介入治疗肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)合并气道内黏液栓阻塞患儿的效果。方法:选择2019年8月~2020年6月某院的MPP合并气道内黏液栓阻塞患儿50例,根据不同纤支镜介入时机将其分为对照组和研究组各25例。对照组的纤支镜介入时间>10d,研究组的纤支镜介入时间≤10d,对比两组的恢复情况、临床指标、肺不张发生情况。结果:研究组的总恢复率(96.00%)高于对照组(76.00%)(P<0.05),研究组的发热时间、CRP恢复时间、WBC恢复时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),研究组的肺不张发生率(4.00%)低于对照组(28.00%)(P<0.05)。结论:早期纤支镜介入治疗MPP合并气道内黏液栓阻塞患儿的效果显著,能够缩短恢复时间,减少并发症的发生。Objective:To study the effect of fiberoptic bronchoscopy at different timing in the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP)complicated with airway mucus plug obstruction.Methods:from August 2019 to June 2020,50 children with MPP complicated with airway mucus embolism in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and study group according to different timing of fiberoptic bronchoscopy intervention,with 25 cases in each group.The intervention time of the control group was more than 10 days,and that of the study group was less than or equal to 10 days.The recovery,clinical indexes and atelectasis of the two groups were compared.Results:The total recovery rate of the study group(96.00%)was higher than that of the control group(76.00%)(P<0.05),the fever time,CRP recovery time,WBC recovery time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of atelectasis of the study group(4.00%)was lower than that of the control group(28.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early intervention of fiberoptic bronchoscopy in the treatment of MPP complicated with airway mucus plug obstruction in children has significant effect,which can shorten the recovery time and reduce the occurrence of complications.
