摘 要:目的:探讨脑脊液中肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)在小儿中枢神经系统感染疾病中的诊断价值。方法:选取某院2018年3月~2019年3月期间收治的42例中枢神经系统感染患儿为研究对象,按病情将其分为重症组(18例)与非重症组(24例),其中病毒性脑膜炎(VM)22例、化脓性脑膜炎(PM)20例,另选择同期进行脑脊液检测的15名正常儿童为参照组,比较各组之间的TNF-α、IL-6、NSE水平。结果:重症组的TNF-α、IL-6、NSE水平均高于非重症组;PM组与VM组的TNF-α、IL-6、NSE水平高于参照组,PM组的TNF-α、IL-6、NSE水平高于VM组,PM、VM与参照组之间两两比较,数据差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:TNF-α、IL-6、NSE水平的检测在小儿中枢神经系统感染疾病的诊断中均有一定的应用价值,这些因子水平的变化能够辅助预测患儿病情严重程度,为临床治疗该疾病提供可靠的依据。Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),and neuron-specific enolase(NSE)in cerebrospinal fluid in children with central nervous system infection.Methods:Forty-two children with central nervous system infection treated in a hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into severe group(18 cases)and non-severe group(24 cases)according to their conditions,of which there were 22 cases of viral meningitis(VM)and 20 cases of suppurative meningitis(PM).Another 15 normal children who were tested for cerebrospinal fluid in a hospital during the same period were selected as the reference group,and the TNF-α,IL-6,and the NSE level in each group were compared.Results:The levels of TNF-α,IL-6,and NSE in the severe group were higher than those in the non-severe group.The levels of TNF-α,IL-6,and NSE in the PM group and the VM group were higher than those in the reference group.The levels of TNF-α,IL-6,and NSE in PM group were higher than those of the VM group.The pairwise comparison between PM,VM and the reference group showed significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The detection of TNF-α,IL-6 and NSE levels has certain application value in the diagnosis of children with central nervous system infection.Changes in the levels of these factors can help predict the severity of the disease and provide a reliable basis for clinical treatment of the disease.
