F-PSA、VEGF和IGF-Ⅰ水平联合检测在前列腺癌中的临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨游离前列腺特异性抗原(F-PSA)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)水平联合检测在前列腺癌中的临床意义。方法:将某院2018年12月~2019年12月共50例前列腺癌患者纳入研究组,另选取同期50例前列腺增生与50例健康体检者分别作为对照组和正常组。3组均联合检测F-PSA、VEGF以及IGF-Ⅰ水平。结果:研究组F-PSA、VEGF以及IGF-Ⅰ水平均高于正常组与对照组,对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组F-PSA阳性检出率为82.00%(41/50),VEGF阳性检出率为84.00%(42/50),IGF-Ⅰ阳性检出率88.00%(44/50),联合阳性检出率为98.00%(49/50)。结论:前列腺癌患者F-PSA、VEGF以及IGF-Ⅰ水平联合检测能有效提高前列腺癌检出率,值得推广应用。Objective:To explore the clinical significance of combined detection of free prostate specific antigen(F-PSA),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and insulin-like growth factorⅠ(IGF-Ⅰ)in prostate cancer.Methods:A total of 50 patients with prostate cancer in a hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were included in the study group,and 50 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia and 50 healthy physical examination patients were selected as the control group and normal group.The levels of F-PSA,VEGF and IGF-I were detected in all three groups.Results:The levels of F-PSA,VEGF,and IGF-Ⅰin the study group were higher than those in the normal group and the control group,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive detection rate of F-PSA was 82.00%(41/50),the positive detection rate of VEGF was 84.00%(42/50),the positive detection rate of IGF-Ⅰwas 88.00%(44/50),and the combined positive detection rate was 98.00%(49/50).Conclusion:The combined detection of F-PSA,VEGF and IGF-Ⅰlevels in patients with prostate cancer can effectively improve the detection rate of prostate cancer and is worthy of popularization and application.
