摘　　要：目的:研究2型糖尿病与干眼症的相关性及其危险因素。方法:纳入2018年7月~2019年11月收治的60例2型糖尿病患者和60例健康体检者展开研究,依次纳入观察组和对照组,记录两组的干眼症发生率,分析2型糖尿病患者发生干眼症的危险因素。结果:观察组患者的干眼症发生率、OSDI评分高于对照组,泪膜破裂时间、泪液分泌试验数据均少于对照组(P<0.05);年龄、糖尿病病程、泪膜破裂时间和糖化血红蛋白为2型糖尿病合并干眼症的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病与干眼症的发生密切相关,且临床应根据危险因素采取相应的防范对策。Objective:To study the correlation between type 2 diabetes mellitus and dry eye and its risk factors.Methods:60 patients with type 2 diabetes and 60 healthy persons admitted from July 2018 to November 2019 were included in the study,and then included in the observation group and the control group.The incidence of dry eye in the two groups was recorded and the risk factors of dry eye in type 2 diabetic patients were analyzed.Results:The incidence and OSDI score of dry eye in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the data of tear rupture time and tear secretion test were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The age,course of diabetes,tear rupture time and glycosylated hemoglobin were independent risk factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus with dry eye(P<0.05).Conclusion:Type 2 diabetes is closely related to the occurrence of dry eye,and the corresponding preventive measures should be taken according to the risk factors.
