子午流注纳子法穴位贴敷干预稳定性劳力型心绞痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察子午流注纳子法穴位贴敷疗法干预稳定性劳力型心绞痛的临床效果。方法采用单中心、随机、平行对照临床研究,选取2016年1月—2017年6月在中国中医科学院西苑医院心血管一科住院的60例稳定性劳力型心绞痛且辨证为气滞血瘀的病人,根据随机数字表法将病人分为试验组与对照组,每组30例。两组均接受常规西医治疗,试验组在常规治疗基础上加用子午流注纳子法进行穴位贴敷,对照组则加用传统穴位贴敷,干预14 d后进行疗效分析。结果试验组失访1例,对照组无失访。试验组心绞痛症状积分疗效、中医症状积分疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组治疗后疼痛数字评估量表(VAS)及生活质量量表(SF-36)生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、情感职能均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),治疗过程中未见明显不良反应。结论子午流注纳子法穴位贴敷可有效改善稳定性劳力型心绞痛病人的临床症状和生活质量,安全性较好。Objective To evaluate the effect of midnight-noon ebb-flow method plus acupoint application in the patients with stable exertional angina pectoris.Methods This was a single-center,randomized,parallel controlled clinical study.Sixty patients with stable exertional angina pectoris admitted to Xiyuan Hospital,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences from January 2016 to June 2017 with syndrome differentiation of qi stagnation and blood stasis were selected,and the patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional medical treatment.The patients in experimental group were additionally applied to acupoint application by midnight-noon ebb-flow method on the basis of conventional treatment,while the patients in control group were additionally applied to traditional acupoint application.The patients were followed up for 14 days after treatment for curative effect analysis.Results One patients in experimental group was lost and no one in control group was lost to fellow-up.The scores of angina pectoris symptoms,traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores and the scores of body function,physiological function,physical pain,emotional intelligence of MOS item Short-Form Health Survey-36 in experimental group were better than those in control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Midnight-noon ebb-flow method with acupoint application can significantly relieve clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients with stable exertional angina pectoris,and has good safety.
