信息化侦查背景下现场勘查工作的发展进路

摘　　要：随着互联网、大数据、云计算技术的快速发展,以情报信息主导侦查破案的侦查运作模式越来越成熟,但作为刑事侦查工作基础手段的现场勘查,还存在勘查范围小、信息采集不全、系统运行不畅、勘查作用滞后的问题,不能快速、有效地为信息化侦查提供情报数据服务。需从现场勘查的队伍建设、数字化发展、系统化应用、信息研判四个方面着手,改进传统的工作方式方法,实现信息化侦查背景下快勘、快采、快检、快录、快比、快破的现场勘查目标。With the rapid development of the Internet,Big Data,and cloud computing technologies,the investigative operation mode of investigating and solving cases led by intelligence information is becoming more and more mature.However,as a basic method of criminal investigation work,there are still small investigation scopes and information collection.The problems of incompleteness,poor system operation,and delayed reconnaissance function cannot quickly and effectively provide information and data services for informatization investigation.It is necessary to start with the four aspects of scene reconnaissance team building,digital development,systematic application,and information research and judgment.The traditional working way and methods realize the scene investigation goals of quick survey,quick mining,quick inspection,quick recording,quick comparison,and quick breaking under the background of information investigation.
