摘 要:【目的】探索警察以专业成就特质为代表的16PF人格特征模式,分析警察不同人格特征模式的人口学特点。【方法】使用16PF人格量表对4331名某市警察进行调查。【结果】(1)潜在剖面分析得到3个类型:高专业成就型(9.1%)、中间型(52.4%)和专业成就较较低型(38.5%);(2)逻辑回归分析发现,16PF人格特征模式人群分布受年龄、警种、区域位置等的影响。【结论】警察16PF人格特征模式,可为不同年龄、性别、警种、区域的警察专业化管理和培训提供依据。[Objective]To explore the 16 PF personality pattern represented by professional achievement traits of police,and to analyze the demographic characteristics of different personality patterns of police.[Methods]The 16 PF personality scale was used to investigate 4331 policemen in a city.[Results](1)Three types were identified by potential profile analysis:high professional achievement type(9.1%),intermediate professional achievement type(52.4%)and low professional achievement type(38.5%);(2)Logical regression analysis found that the distribution of 16 PF personality pattern population was affected by age,gender,police species,regional location,etc.[Conclusion]The 16 PF model of police personality characteristics can provide a basis for professional management and training of police officers of different ages,sexes,types and regions.
