林业碳汇推动三北防护林工程建设的研究对策

摘　　要：本文简要介绍了林业碳汇在三北防护林工程建设中的概况,然后说明了林业碳汇对三北防护林的作用,如,缓解工程资金压力、采用先进工程技术、促进林业工程发展等,具体分析了目前三北防护林工程建设的现状,并着重强调了林业碳汇推动三北防护林工程建设的具体措施,包括完善工程法律制度、强化林业碳汇创新、完善林业交易体系、加大碳汇宣传力度,以此达到良好的效果,以供参考。This paper briefly introduces the general situation of forestry carbon sink in the construction of Three North Shelterbelt Project,and then explains the function of forestry carbon sink in the construction of Three North Shelterbelt Project,such as relieving the pressure of project fund,adopting advanced engineering technology,promoting the development of forestry engineering,etc.,and analyzes the present situation of the construction of Three North Shelterbelt Project.The concrete measures to promote the construction of the Three North Shelterbelt Project by the forestry carbon sink are emphasized,including perfecting the engineering legal system,strengthening the innovation of the forestry carbon sink,perfecting the forestry trading system,and intensifying the publicity of the carbon sink,so as to achieve good results for reference.
