摘 要:无花果多糖作为一种免疫功能调节剂具有良好的应用前景,本文研究了无花果多糖含量的测定方法,为无花果多糖的深入研究奠定基础。通过GC分析得出主要单糖成分,以此为标准糖样,并用苯酚-硫酸法建立进行无花果多糖含量测定。结果表明:该测定方法简单灵敏,测定液在24h内显色稳定,重现性好,平均回收率为98.34%,换算因子f=1.375,在0.02-0.12 mg/mL之间呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9993。Fig polysaccharide has a good application prospect as an immune function regulator.In this paper,the determination method of polysaccharide content in fig is studied,which lays a foundation for the further study of fig polysaccharide.By GC analysis,the main monosaccharide components were obtained,which was used as the standard sugar sample,and the content of polysaccharides in figs was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method.The results showed that the method was simple and sensitive,the color of the solution was stable within 24 h,the reproducibility was good,the average recovery rate was98.34,the conversion factor f=1.375,and the linear relationship between 0.02-0.12 mg/mL was good,rf=0.9993.
