摘　　要：文章就我国的果蔬加工技术还有未来发展趋势展开讨论,发现问题并且提出对策,只希望对果蔬加工产业的发展起到力所能及的作用。This paper discusses the future development trend of fruit and vegetable processing technology in China,finds out the problems and puts forward some countermeasures,only hoping to play a role in the development of fruit and vegetable processing industry.
