水产养殖专业研究生课程教学改革的探索——以“饲料加工工艺与设备”课程为例

摘　　要：我国养殖业的持续稳定快速发展与高校水产养殖专业研究生的教育培养密切相关。在新形势下产业的发展需要复合型人才,知识单一无法适应社会需求。研究生的课程教学改革关乎其培养质量,高校作为培养人才的主阵地,在知识的教学内容和方式上,要主动适应产业结构的变化趋势。以“饲料加工工艺与设备”课程为例,指导学生在课程体系学习中融会贯通,通过教学团队近年在水产养殖专业研究生课程教学中的体会,探讨研究生课程教学新模式。The sustained,stable and rapid development of aquaculture industry is closely related to the education and cultivation of graduate students majoring in aquaculture major in colleges and universities.In the new situation,the development of the industry needs interdisciplinary talents,and the singleness of knowledge cannot meet the needs of the society.The teaching reform of postgraduates is related to the talent training quality.As the main position of talent training,colleges and universities should actively adapt to the changing trend of industrial structure in teaching contents and teaching methods.This paper takes the course of Feed Processing Technology and Equipment as an example to guide students to full digest the knowledge learned in the course.Based on the teaching team’s experience in graduate course teaching in recent years,this paper explores the new model of graduate course teaching.
