摘 要:为提高稠油驱油效率合成了一种耐高温乳化降黏剂,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠(AESO)是一种耐高温耐盐型阴-非离子表面活性剂。实验以脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO)为原料,在碱性条件下,通过2-溴乙基磺酸钠磺烷基化合成AESO。对合成反应条件进行优化,结果表明,在n(AEO)∶n(2-溴乙基磺酸钠)=1∶1.3,反应温度为70℃,反应时间为5 h时,AESO的产率可以达到71.2%,并对AESO的耐高温乳化降黏性能和耐盐性能进行了评价。热重分析结果表明,AESO可以耐300℃高温,降黏率可以达到99%以上,并且具有较高的耐钙、镁盐稳定性。AESO对稠油的界面张力在10-1mN/m数量级。与蒸汽驱油实验相比,加入AESO驱油效率提高8%。In order to enhance the heavy-oil displaced efficiency,a high-temerature emulsified viscosity reducer was synthesized.The fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfonate(AESO)is a kind of anionic-nonionic surfactant which has the properties of anti-high temperature and salt resistance.Fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(AEO)was used as the raw material to experimentally synthesize into AESO by the sulfoalkylation of sodium 2-bromoethylsulfonate under alkaline conditions.The synthesis reaction conditions were optimized,and the results show that the productivity of AESO can reach 71.2%when the proportion of AEO and 2-bromoethylsulfonate is 1∶1.3,the reaction temperature is 70℃and the reaction time is 5 h.The high-temperature emulsifying and viscosity reducting and salt-tolerating performances of AESO were evaluated.The results of the thermogravimetric analysis show that AESO can withstand the high temperature of 300℃,the viscosity reduced rate can reach more than 99%,and it has high stability to the calcium and magnesium salt resistance.The interfacial tension of AESO on the heavy oil is on the order of 10mN/m.Compared with the water flooding experiment,the oil flooded efficiency has been increased by 8%with AESO.
