摘　　要：本论文对印制电路板制程中脉冲电镀药水的炭处理工艺进行研究,对影响炭处理效果的相关因素进行了分析和试验,结合实际的生产加工要求给出优化炭处理流程和相关因素参数的建议。This essay concerns on research the treatment of pulse plating solution with activated carbon in the printed circuit board(PCB)manufacturing process.It analyzed and tested the factors that influence the effect of carbon treatment.It supplied some suggestions about optimizing the process of carbon treatment and the parameters of the relevant factors according to the production efficiency.
