摘  要:目的从课程特点和培养学生兴趣的角度出发,分析微生物学检验实验教学改革的必要性,并初步探讨微生物学检验实验教学模式中使用模块式技能训练(modules of employable skills,MES)模式的效果。方法选取2020年7月在齐齐哈尔医学院附属第二医院实习的36名医学检验技术专业学生作为试验组,使用检验流程融入MES训练的教学模式;选取36名2019年实习的医学检验技术专业学生作为对照组,采取传统的教学模式。对比两组教学效果。结果和对照组的学生理论考核知识相比较,试验组学生的理论考核知识分数较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组学生的试验技能测试考核分数相比,试验组学生的分数较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组学生对课程的兴趣相比较,试验组学生的兴趣更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在学生的微生物教学的过程中采用MES模式联合检验教学模式,可以取得较好的效果,具有一定的推广价值。Objective From the perspective of course characteristics and cultivating students’interest,analyze the necessity of microbiology testing experiment teaching reform,and preliminarily explore the effect of the pattern of use of modular skills training(modules of employable skills,MES)in microbiology testing experiment teaching mode.Methods Selected 36 medical laboratory technology students who practiced in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical College in July 2020 as the experimental group,and used the teaching mode of integrating the inspection process into MES training;selected 36 medical laboratory technology students for internship in 2019 as a control group,the traditional teaching model was adopted.Compared the teaching effects of the two groups.Results Compared with the students in the control group,the scores of the students in the experimental group were higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the test scores of the students in the control group,the students in the experimental group were higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the two groups of students were more interested in courses,and the students in the experimental group had higher interest,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of students'microbiology teaching,using the MES mode joint test teaching mode can achieve better results and has a certain promotion value.
