摘　　要：目的了解临床护理人员灾害护理能力及认知现状。方法采用一般资料调查表、灾害护理核心能力量表及灾害护理认知问卷对112名临床护士以问卷星的形式进行调查。结果临床护士灾害护理能力得分为(107.58±26.58)分,条目均分为(2.83±1.01)分,性别、学历、科室、工作年限、是否参加过灾害救援及灾害救援培训是影响临床护士灾害护理能力的主要因素。灾害护理认知程度较低,对灾害护理了解程度的非常认可度仅为7.14%。结论临床护士灾害护理能力有待进一步提高,医院及护理管理者应重视并加强对护理团队进行灾害救援理论基础知识的培训,尤其重视脆弱人群的护理、灾害护理基本知识及灾害护理专业发展的培训。Objective To understand the current situation of disaster nursing ability and cognition of clinical nurses.Methods Using general information questionnaire,disaster nursing core competency scale and disaster nursing awareness questionnaire,112 clinical nurses were surveyed in the form of questionnaire stars.Results The score of disaster nursing ability of clinical nurses was(107.58±26.58)points,and the items were equally divided into(2.83±1.01)points.Gender,education background,department,working years,whether they participated in disaster rescue and disaster rescue training were the main factors that affected clinical nurses’disaster nursing ability.Disaster nursing awareness was low,and the degree of recognition of disaster nursing understanding was only 7.14%.Conclusion The disaster nursing ability of clinical nurses needs to be further improved.Hospitals and nursing managers should pay attention to and strengthen the training of the nursing team on the basic knowledge of disaster rescue,especially the training of nursing for vulnerable groups,basic knowledge of disaster nursing and professional development of disaster nursing.
