摘 要:目的从职工个体感受角度,调查并分析医务职工受疾病困扰情况,进而提出健康促进策略,提升职工健康水平。方法从2018年4月—2019年3月,运用头脑风暴法设计调研问卷形式和内容,以网络无记名问卷的方式收集职工健康信息,对调研结果进行多维度统计分析,并根据分析结论提出相应对策。结果686名职工中至少受1种疾病困扰的职工达到47.08%(323/686)。不同年龄职工的患病率不同,而不同性别、学历、职称、岗位职工的总体患病差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。针对具体病种,不同性别职工患颈椎病、脂肪肝、高血压、高血脂和肿瘤等5种疾病的检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而支气管炎、肾脏病、糖尿病和冠心病等4种疾病的检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。困扰职工最多的3种疾病由高到低依次是颈椎病、脂肪肝和高血压。结论从个体感受角度而言,医务职工的健康状况不容乐观,年龄可能是影响职工健康状况的独立危险因素之一,同一病种不同性别职工的患病率可能不同,应及时采取针对性的干预措施,促进职工提高自身健康水平。Objective To investigate and analyze the situation of medical workers suffering from diseases from the perspective of individual employees'feelings,and then to propose health promotion strategies to improve the health of employees.Methods From April 2018 to March 2019,brainstorming was used to design the form and content of survey questionnaires,and employee health information was collected by means of network anonymous questionnaires,multi-dimensional statistical analysis of the survey results,and corresponding countermeasures based on the analysis conclusions.Results Among the 686 employees,47.08%(323/686)were affected by at least one disease.The prevalence of employees of different ages was different,while the overall prevalence of employees of different genders,educational backgrounds,professional titles,and positions has no significant difference(P>0.05).According to specific diseases,the detection rates of cervical spondylosis,fatty liver,hypertension,hyperlipidemia and tumors among employees of different genders were significantly different(P<0.05),while bronchitis,kidney disease,diabetes and coronary heart disease had no difference in the detection rate of the four diseases(P>0.05).The three diseases that afflict employees the most were cervical spondylosis,fatty liver and hypertension in descending order.Conclusion From the perspective of individual perception,the health status of medical staff is not optimistic.Age may be one of the independent risk factors affecting the health status of staff.The prevalence of different genders of the same disease may be different,and timely targeted intervention measures should be taken to promote employees to improve their own health.
