摘 要:目的以叙事的形式深入了解规培护士工作体验,从规培护士的视角评价规培的培训内容、培训方式和培训效果,为后期改进提供新思路。方法用质性研究中的叙事研究法对该院2019—2020年42名规培护士进行半结构式深入访谈,采用合众法对所得资料进行整理,运用崇康纳利·克莱丁宁提出的三维叙事探究空间理论对具有重要叙事意义的情节进行比较分析,提炼出具有相似的主题,归类入四大主题:培训内容、培训方式、培训师资、整体体验。结果培训内容上,规培护士对科研论文撰写、康复专科知识、电脑系统的应用等方面知识渴求较大;培训方式上,线上线下结合的模式受到规培护士普遍肯定;培训师资方面,各科室间带教水平参差不齐。结论今后应更契合该院实际情况及规培护士需求在培训内容、方式上进行调整,注重师资的培训,科室应加强带教重视度,根据规培护士学历、心理、个性和接收能力,对带教计划进行灵活调整,因材施教。Objective To understand the work experience of nurses in the form of narration,evaluate the training content,training methods and training effects of nurses from the perspective of nurses,and provide new ideas for later improvement.Methods The narrative research method in qualitative research was used to conduct semi-structured in-depth interviews with 42 nursery nurses in the hospital from 2019 to 2020.The collected data were sorted using the unified method,and the three-dimensional narrative inquiry space theory proposed by Connelly Clandinin was used to compare and analyze plots with important narrative significance,extract similar themes,and categorize them into four major themes:training content,training methods,trainers,and overall experience.Results In terms of training content,nurses in regular training are eager to write scientific research papers,specialized knowledge in rehabilitation,and the application of computer systems;in terms of training methods,the online-offline combination model is generally affirmed by nurses in training;the teaching level varies among departments.Conclusion In the future,the training content and methods should be adjusted more in line with the actual situation of the hospital and the needs of training nurses.The training of teachers should be emphasized.The teaching plan can be adjusted flexibly and teach students in accordance with their aptitude.
