摘　　要：目的研究与分析大庆市2019年常规免疫接种率监测结果。方法收集与整理大庆市2019年1—12月常规免疫接种等情况,主要包括乙肝疫苗、卡介苗疫苗、脊灰基础疫苗、脊灰4疫苗、百白破基础疫苗、百白破4疫苗、麻风疫苗以及麻腮风等扩大国家免疫规划疫苗报告接种情况,同时对报告接种率的可靠性采用R值法、脱漏率等方法进行分析与处理。结果2019年1—12月大庆市扩大国家免疫规划疫苗累计报告接种率除麻腮风疫苗因供应不足外,其他疫苗均达到国家、省的要求。结论大庆市的常规免疫接种率较高,经过R值法、脱漏率等评价结果提示大庆市可能会存在接种不完整以及接种率虚高等问题。Objective To study and analyze the surveillance results of routine immunization coverage in Daqing City in 2019.Methods Collecting and collating the routine immunization situation of Daqing City from January to December 2019,mainly including hepatitis B vaccine,BCG vaccine,basic polio vaccine,polio 4 vaccine,DTP basic vaccine,DTP 4 vaccine,Leprosy vaccine and MMR and other expanded national immunization program vaccines report vaccination status,and at the same time,the reliability of the reported vaccination rate was analyzed and processed by the R value method and the missed rate.Results From January to December 2019,the cumulative reported coverage rate of vaccines in the expanded national immunization program of Daqing City,except for the measles vaccine due to insufficient supply,all other vaccines met the national and provincial requirements.Conclusion The routine immunization rate in Daqing City is relatively high.The evaluation results of R value method and missed rate suggest that Daqing City may have problems such as incomplete vaccination and falsely high vaccination rate.
