基于csQCA的区域创新投入影响因素研究

摘　　要：针对我国各地区创新投入存在的不平衡现象,为发现区域创新投入的关键影响因素,结合31个省级地区的官方面板数据,建立了基于政府财税收入、市场规模、开放性水平、交通运输量、信息技术水平、互联网基础、人力资本等7个维度的区域创新投入评估体系。运用清晰集定性比较分析(csQCA)方法,对区域创新投入影响因素进行构型分析和逻辑推断。研究表明:区域政府财税收入、互联网基础和人力资本是提升区域创新投入的必要条件;同时,区域市场规模、开放性水平和信息技术水平不是提升区域创新投入的必要条件,但在一定程度上有促进作用。地方政府应重点关注政府财税收入、互联网基础和人力资本的变化,为区域创新战略的发展营造良好的氛围。Focusing on the unbalanced development of innovation input in various regions of China,in order to find key factors of regional innovation input,a regional innovation investment evaluation system for 31 provinces in China has been established,based on 7 dimensions:government fiscal and tax input,market size,openness level,traffic volume,information technology level,Internet level and human capital.csQCA is used to analyze the influencing factors of regional innovation input.The research shows that the government fiscal and tax input,Internet level and human capital are necessary factors affecting the regional innovation input,and meanwhile,regional market size,openness level and information technology level are not the necessary factors but have a promoting effect to some extent.Local governments should pay special attention to the changes of government fiscal and tax input,Internet level and human capital,and create good atmosphere for the development of regional innovation strategies.
