摘  要:交通稳静化理念最初作为国外降低车辆在生活区行驶速度的措施而使用,随后普遍被欧美国家效仿,以达到有效控制车速的目标,该理念的管理体系及应用措施趋于完整。文章介绍了国内外有关交通稳静化发展的历程及相关措施,总结出现有的稳静化理论研究成果及实施效果,初步探讨了稳静化设计趋势,最终得出以基础设计方法为支撑、多样化设计为发展的结论。未来,我国的交通稳静化不只是交通工程领域的设计手段,也将作为规划设计领域塑造高品质安全街道空间的有效理念进行应用。The concept of"traffic calming"was initially adopted in foreign countries in order to reduce the speed of vehicles in living areas.Subsequently,it was widely spread in European and American countries to achieve the goal of effective speed control.The management system and application measures of this concept are becoming more and more complete.This paper reviews the development history and related measures of traffic calming at home and abroad,summarizes some theoretical research results and implementation effects of traffic calming,preliminarily discusses the design trend of traffic calming,and finally comes to the conclusion that basic design method is the support and diversified design is the development.This paper also put forward some suggestions on the future direction of multi-disciplinary academic research,multi-organization cooperation,policy support,and standard guidance in China."Traffic calming"is not only a design method in the field of traffic engineering,but also an effective idea to create high quality and safe street space in the field of planning and design .
