广州地区高校行政办公建筑选址模式研究

摘　　要：高校行政办公建筑是高校建筑中非常重要的建筑类别,但目前缺少相关的理论指导,其建筑设计被简单化、趋同化、行政化思想所影响。本文在校园规划的视角下,通过研究广州地区多所高校校园建筑图底关系的方法,对其选址模式进行研究,总结出校前区与核心区共六种选址模式,并且从对整体规划结构的影响、建筑对内对外的功能、建筑形式等几个方面入手,分析不同选址模式的优缺点,为未来高校规划设计与行政办公建筑设计提供一定的理论依据。University administrative office buildings are a very important architectural category in university buildings,but there is no relevant theoretical guidance at present,and their architectural design is affected by simplification,convergence,and administrative thinking.From the perspective of campus planning,this paper studies the site selection model of several colleges and universities in Guangzhou area by studying the relationship between the architectural drawings of the campuses,and summarizes six site selection models of the pre-campus area and the core area.Starting from the impact on the overall planning structure,the internal and external functions of the building,as well as the architectural form,the advantages and disadvantages of different site selection modes are analyzed to provide a certain theoretical basis for the future planning and design of colleges and universities and the design of administrative office buildings.
