摘　　要：文章结合生产性理念与北京市老旧社区改造的现状,以北郊农场家属院社区改造工程为例,探讨如何有效地进行生产性改造。通过问卷调查及实地调研,了解该类型社区居民对于生产性改造的态度;结合场地的环境评估,选择适合该社区的生产性改造技术,充分利用绿色节能技术,提出初步改造建议。This article combines the concept of productiveness with the status quo of the reconstruction of old communities in Beijing,and takes the community reconstruction project of the family homes of Beijiao Farm as an example to discuss how to effectively carry out productive reconstruction.Through questionnaire surveys and field investigations,we can understand the attitudes of residents of this type of community towards productive renovation;combined with the environmental assessment of the site,we can select productive renovation technologies suitable for the community to learn from,make full use of green energy-saving technologies,and put forward preliminary renovation suggestions.
