摘　　要：大鼠肺微血管内皮细胞是微血管内壁附着的单层扁平细胞,是血管内物质交换的屏障,也是炎症反应的主要靶细胞,且参与体内多种代谢活动。研究发现,肺微血管内皮细胞与许多疾病的发病机制有显著相关性,由于微血管内皮细胞培养难、成功率低、易污染等原因,通常用肺动脉内皮细胞、人脐静脉内皮细胞等大血管内皮细胞替代,有学者研究表明,肺微血管内皮细胞和大血管内皮细胞在结构和功能上存在显著性差异,因此培养肺微血管内皮细胞是十分重要的。该文将对肺微血管内皮细胞培养方法、细胞纯化、细胞鉴定进行综述,以期为肺微血管内皮细胞的研究提供参考。Rat lung microvascular endothelial cells are monolayer flat cells attached to the inner wall of the microvessels.They are the barriers to the exchange of substances in the blood vessels,and also are the main target cells of the inflammatory response.Besides of all,they can participate in various metabolic activities in the body.Some studies have proved that pulmonary microvascular endothelial cells are significantly related to the pathogenesis of many diseases.Because of difficulties in culturing microvascular endothelial cells,low success rates,and highcontamination rats,they are usually replaced by large endothelial cells such as pulmonary arterial endothelial cells and human umbilical vein endothelial cells.Some scholars studied that there are a lot significant differences in the structure and function of pulmonary microvascular endothelial cells and large vascular endothelial cells,so it is very important to culture the lung microvascular endothelial cells.This article will review the methods,cell purification,cell proliferation assay,cell identification,and functional studies and applications of lung microvascular endothelial cells,and provide references for the cultivation of lung microvascular endothelial cells.
