摘 要:本试验旨在研究在日粮中添加合生素替代抗生素后对商品兔生长性能、免疫功能、肠道形态和肠道菌群的影响。方法:选取30日龄商品兔60只,随机分成3组,每组4个重复,每个重复5只。第1组对照组喂食基础日粮,第2组合生素组饲料中按氟哌酸使用说明添加0.4%,并在基础日粮中添加500 g/t合生素,第3组为抗生素组。结果表明,合生素能显著降低平均日采食量,提高平均日增重;促进免疫器官的发育,提高血清中免疫球蛋白的水平;增加绒毛高度和隐窝深度;增加微生物物种的丰度。结论:本研究表明合生素在一定程度上可以替代抗生素,改善商品兔的生长性能,提高免疫力,促进商品兔肠道健康。The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of synbiotics on growth performance,immune function,intestinal morphology and intestinal flora of commercial rabbits.Method:sixty 30 day old commercial rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups with 4 replicates in each group and 5 rabbits in each replicate.The first control group was fed with basal diet,the second group was fed with norfloxacin 0.4% and the basal diet was supplemented with 500 g/t synbiotics.The third group was antibiotic group.The results showed that synbiotics could significantly reduce the average daily food intake,increase the average daily gain,promote the development of immune organs,increase the level of serum immunoglobulin,increase the villi height and crypt depth,and increase the abundance of microbial species.Conclusion:synbiotics can replace antibiotics,improve growth performance,enhance immunity and promote intestinal health of commercial rabbits.
