放牧藏羊狂蝇蛆驱杀试验效果观察

摘　　要：藏羊狂蝇蛆又被称为鼻蝇蛆,是由狂蝇科的狂蝇幼虫寄生在羊鼻腔和附近腔窦中引发的一种体内寄生虫病,是放牧藏羊重要的寄生虫病之一,在青海地区广泛发生流行,平均感染率在50%,高发地区感染率在95%以上。藏羊狂蝇蛆会严重影响羊群健康生长发育,寄生虫繁殖增长会引起鼻腔和附近腔道出现炎症病变,造成羊身体消瘦甚至死亡。为进一步验证放牧藏羊狂蝇蛆驱杀效果,选择使用伊维菌素注射液,采用不同的剂量对感染狂蝇蛆的藏羊进行驱虫治疗。试验结果表明,随着使用剂量增加,驱净率和驱虫率呈现升高趋势,试验2组和试验3组的驱净率和驱虫率都达到了100%。在今后药物驱虫治疗过程中,可以按照0.2 mg/kg体重的使用剂量进行驱虫治疗,药物使用安全,不容易产生耐药性。Tibetan sheep fly maggots,also known as rhino fly maggots,are an endoparasitic disease caused by the larvae of the fly larvae parasitize the nasal cavity and nearby sinuses of sheep.It is an important parasitic disease in grazing Tibetan sheep.First,the epidemic is widespread in Qinghai,with an average infection rate of 50%,and an infection rate of more than 95% in high-incidence areas.Tibetan sheep fly maggots will seriously affect the healthy growth and development of the flock.The growth of parasites will cause inflammation in the nasal cavity and nearby cavities,causing the sheep to lose weight and even die.In order to further verify the deworming effect of grazing Tibetan sheep fly maggots,ivermectin injection was chosen to deworm the Tibetan sheep infected with fly maggots at different doses.The test results show that as the dosage increases,The removal rate and the insect repelling rate showed an upward trend,and the removal rate and the insect repelling rate of the second and third test groups reached 100%.In the future drug deworming treatment process,deworming treatment can be carried out at a dosage of 0.2 mg/kg body weight.The drug is safe to use and it is not easy to develop drug resistance.
