摘 要:目的:以病理学研究分析为出发点,回顾总结尿毒症动物模型下的心肌炎病理变化相关学位论文。方法:选择中国知网"博硕士学位论文"库检索主题词/关键词为"尿毒症性心肌病",重点阅读分析病理基础研究后进行汇总。结果:检索后发现相关学位论文17篇,其中符合此次回顾总结要求的病理学研究成果7篇,均为硕士论文,涉及6所科研机构(南方医科大学、大连医科大学、北京协和医学院、第三军医大学、浙江大学、山西医科大学)。结论:尿毒症性心肌病病理改变与尿毒症毒素水平、炎性因子、生物因子、细胞自噬、激素水平等因素有关,ARB、真武汤、骨化三醇对尿毒症动物模型的心肌病病理改变有改善作用。Objective:To review and summarize the pathological changes of myocarditis in the animal model of uremia based on pathological analysis.Methods:The subject/key word of"uremia cardiomyopathy"was selected from the database of China National Knowledge Internet(CNKI),and the basic pathological studies were analyzed and summarized.Results:After retrieval,17 related dissertations were found,among which 7 were master’s dissertations in pathology research that met the requirements of this review,and 6 scientific research institutions(Southern Medical University,Dalian Medical University,Peking Union Medical College,Third Military Medical University,Zhejiang University,Shanxi Medical University)are involved.Conclusion:The pathological changes of uremia cardiomyopathy are related to the level of uremia toxin,inflammatory cytokines,biological factors,autophagy,hormone and other factors,ARB,Zhenwu Decoction and Calcitriol can improve the pathological changes of cardiomyopathy in uremia animal models.
