血液透析治疗糖尿病肾病肾功能衰竭的应用及疗效探析

摘　　要：目的:分析血液透析干预治疗糖尿病肾病肾功能衰竭的效果。方法:2020年1-12月收治糖尿病肾病肾功能衰竭患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组给予基础治疗措施;试验组给予血液透析治疗。比较两组临床疗效及干预前后临床各指标水平差异。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组干预后血糖、血钾、血磷、钙磷乘积、血肌酐、尿素氮及平均动脉压水平均低于对照组,尿量、血红蛋白、清蛋白及总蛋白水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用血液透析方式治疗糖尿病肾病肾功能衰竭患者,可改善生化指标水平,提升治疗效果。Objective:To analyze the effect of hemodialysis intervention in the treatment of diabetic renal failure.Methods:From January to December 2020,80 patients with diabetic nephropathy and renal failure were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given basic treatment.The experimental group was given hemodialysis.The clinical efficacy and the level of clinical indexes before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of blood glucose,potassium,phosphorus,calcium-phosphorus product,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen and mean arterial pressure in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the levels of urine volume,hemoglobin,albumin and total protein were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hemodialysis can improve biochemical indexes and therapeutic effect in patients with diabetic nephropathy and renal failure.
