摘  要:目的:探讨阴道B超联合基础体温(BBT)监测排卵对不孕症患者备孕指导和及时干预的临床价值。方法:2018年9月-2019年9月收治不孕症患者186例,随机分为两组。观察组96例,应用阴道B超联合BBT监测排卵,了解卵泡发育伴随的BBT波动,适时指导同房和(或)药物干预;对照组90例,仅用阴道B超监测排卵指导同房,比较两组半年内妊娠率。结果:观察组妊娠率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阴道B超联合BBT监测排卵、指导性生活、及时药物干预,对提高妊娠率具有实用的临床价值。Objective:To investigate the clinical value of vaginal B-ultrasound combined with basal body temperature(BBT)monitoring ovulation for pregnancy preparation guidance and timely intervention in infertile patients.Methods:From September 2018 to September 2019,186 infertile patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups.Observation group 96 examples,application of combined basal body temperature monitoring ovulation,vaginal ultrasound and understanding of follicular situation with the basal body temperature changes,timely guide knew and(or)drug intervention.Control group:90 cases,only with vaginal b-ultrasound to monitor ovulation guidance in the sexly.We compared the pregnancy rate in half a year between the two groups.Results:The pregnancy rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vaginal B ultrasound combined with basal body temperature monitoring ovulation,guiding sexual life and timely drug intervention have very practical clinical value in improving the pregnancy rate.
