摘　　要：目的:探讨骨科清洁切口手术部位感染发生率成因及实施对策。方法:2018年1-10月收治行骨科清洁切口手术的患者1020例作为对照组,实施常规预防措施。2019年1-10月收治行骨科清洁切口手术的患者934例作为观察组,实施针对性预防措施。比较两组感染发生率。结果:观察组感染发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:导致骨科清洁切口手术部位感染发生包括诸多因素,需要采取针对性的预防措施,以便能够有效降低感染发生率,加强对患者的保护。Objective:To explore the causes of the infection incidence at orthopedic clean incision surgical site and implementation of countermeasures.Methods:From January to October 2018,1020 patients were selected to the department of orthopedic clean incision surgery as the control group.Implement conventional precautions.From January to October 2019,934 patients who underwent orthopedic clean incision surgery were enrolled as the observation group.Implement targeted preventive measures.The incidence of infection was compared between the two groups.Results:The infection rate of observation group was significantly lower than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The occurrence of surgical site infection through clean incision in orthopedic department includes many factors,and targeted preventive measures should be taken in order to effectively reduce the incidence of infection and strengthen the protection of patients.
