十全大补汤联合手术治疗创伤性骨折的有效性分析

摘　　要：目的:探究十全大补汤联合手术治疗创伤性骨折的临床效果。方法:2018年9月-2019年9月收治创伤性骨折患者146例,随机分为两组,各73例。对照组实施常规手术治疗;试验组实施十全大补汤联合手术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组创口消肿时间、骨痂形成时间、骨折愈合时间均短于对照组,且日常生活活动能力评分、生活质量评分及治疗总有效率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:十全大补汤联合手术治疗创伤性骨折,具有较高应用价值,有利于患者预后。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Shiquan Dabu decoction combined with operation in the treatment of traumatic fracture.Methods:From September 2018 to September 2019,146 patients with traumatic fracture were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 73 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine operation.The experimental group was treated with Shiquan Dabu decoction combined with operation.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The detumescence time,callus formation time and fracture healing time of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the activities of daily living score,quality of life score and the total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shiquan Dabu decoction combined with operation in the treatment of traumatic fracture has high application value and is beneficial to the prognosis of patients.
