探讨天麻素注射液辅助治疗尿毒症性脑病的效果

摘　　要：目的:研究天麻素注射液辅助治疗尿毒症性脑病的临床效果。方法:2018年1月-2020年6月收治尿毒症性脑病患者111例,随机分为两组。对照组采用胞磷胆碱治疗;试验组采用天麻素注射液治疗。比较两组治疗效果及不良事件发生率。结果:试验组治疗后神经功能缺损(NIHSS)评分低于对照组,日常生活活动能力(Barthel指数)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后血肌酐水平、尿素氮水平、电解质紊乱发生率和酸碱失衡发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:天麻素注射液辅助治疗尿毒症性脑病的效果良好,有助于改善神经功能,促进神经系统恢复,提高患者日常生活活动能力。Objective:To study the clinical effect of gastrodin injection in the adjuvant treatment of uremic encephalopathy.Methods:From January 2018 to June 2020,111 patients with uremic encephalopathy were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group was treated with citicoline.The experimental group was treated with gastrodin injection.The therapeutic effect and the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the national institute of health stroke scale(NIHSS)score of neurological impairment in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the score of activities of daily living(Barthel index)in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,the incidence of electrolyte disturbance and acid-base imbalance between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Gastrodin injection is effective in the treatment of uremic encephalopathy,which is helpful to improve neurological function,promote nervous system recovery and improve patients'activities of daily life.
