摘　　要：目的:分析不同分期慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者的血脂、炎性因子等指标情况。方法:2018年6月-2020年6月收治CKD患者96例,按不同分期分为早期组、中期组及晚期组,各32例;另随机选取健康体检者10例,作为对照组。比较各组血脂、炎性因子等指标水平。结果:早期组、中期组及晚期组患者三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、脂蛋白LP(a)、丙二醇(PDO)、髓过氧化物酶(MPO)、白介素6(IL-6)、白介素1β(IL-1β)、血糖(BG)、C反应蛋白(CRP)及血尿酸(BUA)水平均高于对照组,总胆红素(STB)水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CKD患者的血脂、炎性因子等指标水平,会随着肾功能减退而升高。Objective:To explore the index level difference of serum lipid and inflammatory factors in patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD)at different stages.Methods:From June 2018 to June 2020,96 patients with CKD were selected.According to different stages,they were divided into early group,middle group and late group with 32 cases in each group.Another 10 healthy people were randomly selected as the control group.We compared the levels of serum lipid,inflammatory factors and other indicators in each group.Results:The levels of triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),lipoprotein LP(a),propylene glycol(PDO),myeloperoxidase(MPO),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),blood glucose(BG),C-reactive protein(CRP)and blood uric acid(BUA)in the early,middle and late groups were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of total bilirubin(STB)were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of serum lipids and inflammatory factors in CKD patients will increase with the decrease of renal function.
