摘　　要：目的:探究小儿上消化道疾病诊断中超细电子胃镜的运用效果。方法:选取2017年3月-2020年2月疑似上消化道疾病患儿75例,采用普通胃镜与超细电子胃镜检查。比较两种方法的检查结果、依从性与并发症发生率。结果:超细电子胃镜的检出率高于普通胃镜,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);超细电子胃镜的检查依从性高于普通胃镜,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);超细电子胃镜的并发症发生率低于普通胃镜,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超细电子胃镜在小儿上消化道疾病中具有明显的诊断效果,患儿依从性高,且并发症发生率低。Objective:To explore the application effect of superfine electronic gastroscope in the diagnosis of children's upper digestive tract diseases.Methods:From March 2017 to February 2020,75 children with suspected upper gastrointestinal diseases were selected and examined by ordinary gastroscopy and ultra-fine electronic gastroscopy.The results,compliance and complication rates of the two methods were compared.Results:The detection rate of ultrafine electronic gastroscope was significantly higher than the ordinary gastroscope,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The examination compliance of superfine electronic gastroscopy was also significantly higher than the ordinary gastroscopy,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of ultrafine electronic gastroscopy is lower than the ordinary gastroscopy,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultra-fine electronic gastroscopy has a significant diagnostic effect in children with upper digestive tract diseases,with high compliance and low complication rate.
