摘　　要：目的:分析骨与软组织肿瘤患者PICC留置期间并发症发生的原因,并提出预防与处理措施。方法:2018年11月-2020年3月收治骨与软组织肿瘤患者143例,分析留置PICC过程中并发症发生情况和原因。结果:143例患者中,PICC留置期间出现并发症25例,发生率为17.4%;其中穿刺点渗血5例;穿刺点感染、静脉炎、皮肤过敏样反应,各4例;导管堵塞、导管破损、淋巴液渗出、导管部分脱出,各2例。结论:做好导管维护以及对患者与未成年患者主要照顾者的宣教,是预防与减少骨与软组织患者PICC留置期间并发症的重要措施。Objective:To analyze the causes of complications during PICC indwelling in patients with bone and soft tissue tumors,and to propose preventive and management measures.Methods:From November 2018 to March 2020,143 patients with bone and soft tissue tumors were selected.The incidence and causes of complications during indwaining PICC were analyzed.Results:Among 143 patients,complications occurred in 25 cases(17.4%)during PICC indwelling.Blood ooze at puncture site in 5 cases.Puncture site infection,phlebitis and skin allergic reaction,4 cases each.Catheter blockage,catheter damage,lymphatic exudation,partial catheter prolapse,2 cases each.Conclusion:Catheter maintenance and education for primary caregivers of patients and juvenile patients are important measures to prevent and reduce complications during PICC indwelling in patients with bone and soft tissue.
