摘　　要：目的:探讨简易膀胱容量压力测定在神经源性膀胱护理中的应用价值。方法:2017年11月-2019年12月收治神经源性膀胱患者40例,均予以简易膀胱容量压力测定。依据患者的膀胱顺应性、膀胱感觉及残余尿量予以针对性的护理指导,对比护理干预前后患者的残余尿量、膀胱压力及膀胱容量。结果:相较于干预前,干预后低顺应性膀胱患者的残余尿量、膀胱容量均增高,而膀胱压力下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高顺应性膀胱且感觉正常患者的残余尿量下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而膀胱压力及膀胱容量无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。高顺应性膀胱且感觉异常患者的残余尿量、膀胱容量均下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而膀胱压力无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:简易膀胱容量压力测定在神经源性膀胱护理中具有重要的应用价值,可指导护理人员开展科学、规范的护理干预,对神经源性膀胱患者生活质量的提升具有积极意义。Objective:To explore the application value of simple bladder volume and pressure measurement in neurogenic bladder nursing.Methods:From November 2017 to December 2019,40 patients with neurogenic bladder were treated with simple bladder volume and pressure measurement.According to the patient's bladder compliance,bladder sensation and residual urine volume,targeted nursing guidance was given,and the residual urine volume,bladder pressure and bladder volume of the patients before and after nursing intervention were compared.Results:Compared with before intervention,the residual urine volume and bladder volume of patients with low compliant bladder were significantly increased after intervention,while the bladder pressure was significantly decreased,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Residual urine volume was significantly reduced in patients with a highly compliant bladder who felt normal,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Bladder pressure and bladder volume did not change significantly,with the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Residual urine volume and bladder volume were significantly reduced in patients with highly compliant bladder and paresthesia,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant change in bladder pressure,with the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Simple measurement of bladder volume and pressure has important application value in neurogenic bladder nursing,it can guide nursing staff to carry out scientific and standard nursing intervention,and has positive significance to improve the quality of life of patients with neurogenic bladder.
